Return and Exchange

Exchanges are FREE. We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right size, width, colour, or style, or a completely different product. Choose from an endless selection – including shoes and accessories.

Returns are simple, too. For buyers in Singapore, the shoes may be returned at our office (61 Upper Paya Lebar Road #06-01 Singapore 534816 via an appointment)


Return Policy We want you to love what you have purchased from us. At twelve15twenty, we seek to provide you with quality women shoes.  Before shipment, our staff will check that the shoes are what you have indicated in your order, that they are new and in good shape before they are being delivered to you. Should there be any dissatisfaction with your purchase, please let us know and we will assist you accordingly. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take some time to try them on a carpeted surface. Please include as many details as possible about the problem and we will reply you within 1 or 2 working days. All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 10 days from the invoice date.

Exchange Policy  Exchange can be made at 61 Upper Paya Lebar Road #06-01 Tat Wan Building Singapore 534816, within 10 days from the invoice date. You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging to  our administration office. The retail associate will evaluate the condition of your returned shoes (for instances, unworn, no scratches on soles, no damages/ defects that were due to misuse or mismanagement etc). For eligible exchangeable item, you will receive an exchange immediately if there is still stock for your desired shoes. There will not be any other form of return (such as cash or credit note). If the exchange value is higher than the original item, customer is required to top up the difference. There will not be any refund if the exchange value is lower than the original item.

I. Defective Item (s) received.

All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition with box (unworn, no scratches on soles, no damages/ defects that were due to misuse or mismanagement). Exchanges for articles which do not meet the mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

*There may be a 0.5”-0.8” difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

II. Incorrect Item (s) received / duplicate order made.

If you have received a defected piece / made a duplicate order, please drop us an email at admin@twelve15twenty.com and we'll confirm the exchange details.

III. Incorrect size(s) purchased.

If you have purchased an incorrect size, please drop us an email at admin@twelve15twenty.com and we'll confirm the exchange details. Exchanges are subjected to stock availability and we do not provide cash refunds for such exchanges.

Exchanges for articles which do not meet the mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

All exchanges are final and further requests of exchanges will be denied.

**Exchanges in size do not apply to items from the Outlet.

twelve15twenty will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from a third party merchant and will not accede to any request of exchanges/ returns if the article was not purchased from us directly through the site.

twenty15twenty does not offer returns due to customers change of preferences or deem unsuitable based on change in personal perspectives.

Request for Return

Indicate the order number and the shoes items that you would like to return. You will then be asked to indicate the reason for return. To help you to speed up the return process, please send images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s)Your request for return is completed once you submit the request to admin@twelve15twenty.com

twelve15twenty will review the request to return the item(s). This should take approximately 2 working days. Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation reply via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Should the returned item(s) be deemed not in its original condition, twelve15twenty reserves all rights to return the item(s) at the sender's cost. 

Outlet

Shoes sold in the outlet at a discounted price may contain minor manufacture defects in which the defects will be described under the details of the shoes. As all shoes sold in the outlet are not refundable, exchangeable or returnable, customers are advised to read and understood the non perfect shoes first before making the purchase. Fine Details

·       Items must be sent back within 10 days from the purchase date, though during the holiday season

·       Items should be unworn and include all original tags

·       If you are unsure of the sizing and would like to try the shoes, please try them on carpeted floor to prevent scratches at the outer sole of the shoes.

·       All packaging including the original shoe box should be included

·       Refunds are immediate once we receive the return.

·       Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card

 FAQ

1.     What if I used a promotional code on an order that I'm exchanging? 

If you're exchanging the same item for just a different size or width, the price paid for the new item will be exactly the same as the original item, including any discounts. If you're exchanging for a different item or colour, your original discount will not be automatically applied but you can enter a new promo code at checkout when completing the order for your replacement item.


2.     What happens to my Rewards points if I return or cancel an item?
If you redeemed Reward dollars on an order but later decided to return, your Rewards dollars will be credited back to your account after we receive your returned item.
Any Rewards points earned from a returned or cancelled order will be nullified and your Rewards account will be deducted accordingly. If you already redeemed your Rewards dollars from a returned or cancelled order, your account will show a negative point balance.
