How do I know whether my shoes have been shipped out?

After your payment’s been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your order is in the midst of preparation for delivery. Once it’s been shipped out from our warehouse, you’ll receive another email notification. Please note that the email notification will be sent to your email address that you have registered with twelve15twenty. To check on your order status, go to My Account, under Order History of your orders.

Local Delivery

For Shoes Delivery

We offer free personalized shipping for customers residing in Singapore. Once you have placed and paid for your order, we will contact you shortly via your local contact registered with us and will arrange for delivery to take place. We will normally bring along a size up and a size down for you, whichever size that fits you better. In the event if the sizes run out, we will check with you on whether you would want to try other designs in which we will bring them along for the delivery.

For Leather Products (Cost SGD 20 & Below) Delivery

We would ship out leather product via Singpost Registered Mail, customer would need to bear the local registered mail charges of SGD 3.

Pick Up From Store

Customer who has chose to pick up from store is required to contact twelve15twenty on the date and time that you would like to pick up your order from the store.

Overseas Delivery

For overseas customers, shipment will be by Singpost with the rates as follows:

Zone 1 - Malaysia and Brunei ---> Flat Rate SGD 10

Zone 2 - Countries in Asia and The Pacific (except Australia, Japan and New Zealand) ---> Flat Rate SGD 15

Zone 3 - Rest of the World ---> Flat Rate SGD 25

Overseas tracking order can be found in Singpost website.

Taxes incurred from Country of Residence

Customers are advised to check for any local tax that may be applicable to the total value of goods brought in from an overseas country.
