All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. Item(s) which show signs of worn are not eligible for exchange or return. twelve15twenty reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item prior to any exchange or return. twelve15twenty's decision shall be final.
All promotional, sale and discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Should there be by dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding. Price adjustment to its previous order (s) is not applicable.
All shoes are checked prior shipment to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any problem with the item(s), please submit your return request email within 10 days from the invoice date or contact us at admin@twelve15twenty.com for further assistance. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a Return Confirmation E-mail.
The additional information on the sizes of the respective styles of shoes is meant for references to be considered when choosing a more comfort fit for consumer which is indicated to the best of our knowledge. We do not bear any responsibility for any liability that may directly or indirectly incurred from this reference.
We are not responsible for the results or effects as a result of use of twelve15twenty product.

As Shoes are subjected to wear and tear, and depending of how the wearer takes care of the shoes in different circumstances, the warranty is limited to only manufacturer defects. Our staff will provide an assessment of the shoes condition and inform customer accordingly of the final decision.

While we do value our customers, twelve15twenty reserves the right to the refusal of selling our products to customers who are deemed to cause unnecessary distress/ being unreasonably rude to our staff or possess deflammable intent to our brand and product. Notification for shoes sizes that are restocked
In the event if your shoe size runs out of stock, you may opt to leave your email contact and your shoes size with us so that you can receive a notification email when the size is available again. We do not provide warranty that the shoes will be back in stock as it depends on the overall demand of that particular design/colours of the shoes that you are looking at.
